Located on a lush 17 acres on the north side of Jekyll Island directly adjacent to Driftwood Beach which is rated one of the top five beaches in the world, this ground-floor entry unit was recently renovated by a professional interior designer.

This two-bedroom, one-bath Villa has premium amenities throughout including upgraded bedding.

The living room has a new 55-inch flat screen as well as all new furniture. The dining area also has upgraded new furniture along with Edison antique lights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large new refrigerator as well as a full-size stove and dishwasher.

Upstairs or you will find a king bedroom facing the ocean along with a new balcony with spectacular views.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and both bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs. The bathroom features a full tub and shower combo.

You can see Saint Simons Island in the distance and at night you will see the blinking St Simons lighthouse.

The World Famous Historic District is just a short 5-minute drive from our unit.

Come see for yourself while we have called Jekyll Island a Vacation Paradise since our first trip in 1959.

We love our pets but we respectfully request no pets and no smoking, please.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Great Villa by the Sea location

"We have stayed at several units at Villa by the Sea and this has been one of our favorites. The location is quiet, right next to the pathway to Driftwood Beach and the villa has an ocean view. The villa was clean and nicely decorated to give it a perfect beach feel. We would love to book this villa again in the future.

"This is the perfect place for any family who is looking to have a great time on Jekyll Island. It’s just a short walk away from the beautiful driftwood beach. It’s also a short walk away from an amazing pool. And nothing beats the view! Everything is clean, well kept, and comfortable. The place is also conveniently located so you can enjoy all the fun activities the island has to offer. My family and I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone!!!!!

"Awesome place. Had the vibe of the shore. Walk to the Driftwood beach and the Driftwood Bistro. Only 2 miles to the beach to sunbathe in. We rode bikes around the entire island. Saw an alligator at the pond across the street. Needs something in the shower so you don't slip is the only thing worth saying about the apartment. Will be back again soon.

"This villa was the perfect place for my family to stay when we went to Jekyll. The place was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for all of us! The view the balcony had in the morning and at night kept us out there everyday when we weren’t adventuring around the island. The stay in villa 106 was the best stay we have ever had and we already plan on coming back next year! The location was also amazingly located near driftwood beach, the pool, and the Driftwood Bistro so all we had to do was take a peaceful 10 minute walk!!! I HIGHLY recommend this villa, FANTASTIC place to stay if you want to have as wonderful of an experience as my family and I did!

"Our experience at villa 106 was like no other stay we have had! It was extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony in the master bedroom was so beautiful that we were there every morning, and night, when we weren’t out exploring the island. The villa also had perfect and close access to driftwood beach, the pool, and Driftwood Bistro. This place made our experience at Jekyll SO much better and we have already planned to come back! We DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

Beautiful Location

"It was our first time on the island and this villa was perfect for the two of us. We loved the quiet, tucked away location. It’s a short walk to Driftwood Beach and the Driftwood Bistro (our favorite restaurant on the island). The views from the second floor bedroom to the ocean were beautiful, so nice to hear the ocean and watch the sunrise each morning. The unit is comfortable and nicely equipped with everything we needed.

"Where can you lay in bed, sip coffee, and watch the sunrise over the ocean? At Villa 106! We watched dolphins play within 100 yards of the master bedroom deck! This villa is nestled in a coastal wonderland, five minutes from amenities such as the Town Center, restaurants, and golf courses. If you’d prefer not to take advantage of the delicious nearby restaurants, the kitchen has every utensil you need to create meals. Villa 106 is immaculate, with comfortable beds, chairs, and sofas. An overall excellent getaway spot. We highly recommend it!

"The absolute PERFECT getaway! Super nice unit, very clean and you can tell it has been recently updated. VERY nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable. Perfect kitchen size/cooking items...we made snacks and meals both big and small. Master bedroom view is FANTASTIC and the king-sized bed was SO COMFORTABLE!! (we meant to find out the brand so we can buy one at home...next time). And the walkout balcony with high-top chairs was great. Has a TON of movie channels on DirectTV for times we wanted to just chill. LOVE the fact that it is located at the north end of the complex -- it's more private, quiet and yet just a few minutes walk to the pool which also was very clean and a great time. Also just about a 10 minute walk to beautiful Driftwood Beach, GREAT photo opportunities here! We literally have only one complaint: We should have stayed longer!! Oh well, next time. THANK YOU to the Owners and the entire property, we felt welcomed, safe and relaxed the whole time...we will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!
