Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

"We needed plenty of room for our family to stay in for our son’s wedding. With 4 good size bedrooms with closets and 3 1/2 baths it was perfect plus we needed a downstairs bedroom and walk in shower for my elderly mother. The place was so clean, beachy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with some essentials etc. This was so appreciated!! Right next to a lovely pool which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use and also a lovely boardwalk thru the trees to the secluded beach. We will definitely bd back when we have more time to enjoy and relax. Thank you for offering such a wonderful rental!!

"Ocean Oaks, Poolside - OO15A "Poolside Perch" is truly a gem on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Oy recent stay here was an absolute delight, and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with an ambiance that exuded warmth and comfort. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and multiple cable TVs ensured that we had everything we needed for a relaxed and stress-free vacation. Not to mention, the reliable WIFI was a lifesaver for staying connected while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable, a testament to the dedication of the management. The beautifully decorated interior, along with the inviting front porch, created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the easy access to the Atlantic Ocean, just a short walk across the dunes. The proximity to the ocean added an extra layer of natural beauty to our stay, making our beach outings a seamless part of our daily routine. The pool, though, was the real star of the show. Clean, well-maintained, and just steps away from our doorstep, it provided a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Whether it was a refreshing morning swim or a leisurely afternoon by the water, the pool added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. A big thank you to the management for maintaining such a charming and well-kept rental. "Poolside Perch" truly provided a wonderful rental experience that exceeded all expectations. I cannot wait to return to this little slice of paradise on my next visit to Jekyll Island.

"This is a beautifully decorated, elegant but casual poolside villa is a gem of a find. It’s charm begins as soon as you set foot into the entrance to this ocean property. Gorgeous homes and sounds of Ocean waves adorn this Sand Island retreat. Decorated in a beautiful beach theme this 4 bedroom home will make you feel welcome as soon as you turn the key. Spacious living space and a well appointed Master Bedroom on first level. A sprawling stairwell leads to 3 additional spacious bedrooms, one of which is a second Master Suite with on suite Bath. Pool views from this guest house is perfect for those who enjoy pool/beach experience. The Pool is quaintly set at the beginning of the boardwalk leading to the ocean. A spectacular walk along the twisting and turning boardwalks leads you on a natures pathway to the ocean beach. Quiet and tranquility are what this beautiful home and location offer. We cannot wait to return to this 5 star property.

"Beautiful, cozy and quaint beach house in an incredible location in a private community. Convenient to everything, this extremely clean and spacious home has been articulately decorated to make you feel at home. It has splendid character, beautiful paint colors and is open and airy. The pool is practically your own since it’s steps away from the house. A short walk through a tropical oasis leads you to endless beaches. Beach is perfect for strolling or running and offers stunning sunrises and breathtaking skies at sunset. The owners have put a lot of TLC into this stunning rental, close to everything and within walking or biking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Great history can be found on this island. Try some delicious Mexican food at Tartuga Jacks or take the sunset dolphin tour from the marina. Poolside perch will not disappoint, in fact you’ll want to return again and again as we have. Perch yourself here for your Jekyll Island vacation. Great experience and extremely friendly neighbors.
