Garden Cottage 90 The Tipsy Turtle Cottage...This charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse style cottage is the epitome of Coastal living! The cottage kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances with a gas range, a Keurig Coffee machine, and a Mr. Coffee machine. The oversized bar top is perfect for quick meals. The spacious living area leads out to the screened porch. Off of the porch is a spacious patio area, equipped with a gas grill and outdoor dining with seating for four. This cottage features a master suite on the main level, with an oversized shower and walk-in linen closet. At the base of the stairs, you will find the half bath, along with the laundry closet with a full-sized stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each boasting a queen bed and private bath. Each of these rooms has access to the furnished balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise. This Cottage includes a paver patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating for 4, 4 adult bikes, 2 fishing poles, a beach cart, and 6 beach chairs. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community firepit.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCEES:
OCEAN ACCESS FROM BEACH NOT AVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE.
DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
