Garden Cottage 69 Coastal and Cozy.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome style beach cottage has everything you need to feel right at home during your getaway.
The cottage is decorated with artwork by local artists and the yard is landscaped with fruit trees.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and multiple small appliances. You can select your coffee maker from among Keurig, automatic drip coffeemaker with timer, Bialetti, and French press. If you prefer tea, a Cuisinart tea kettle is available with temperature selections.
Carry your morning coffee or tea out to one of the porches for a quiet moment.
The kitchen bar has seating for four and the oversized dining table has seating for six. The kitchen, living, and dining are spacious and open to the screened porch. A gas grill and grilling tools are provided.
Also on the main floor is the master bedroom suite (KING) with an ensuite bathroom, an oversized shower, a walk-in closet, and a linen closet. Hairdryers, vacuum, iron, and ironing board are provided. Finishing off the first floor is a full-size stackable washer and dryer with a downstairs powder room nearby. On the second level are two guest rooms (Queen) with ensuite baths and a wall of windows. One bathroom has a large shower and one bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have access to the large upper balcony which overlooks green space with palm trees and large live oak trees.
This cottage is conveniently located just steps from the Phase IV beach access. Foldable beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Since this cottage is a personal residence, storage areas and garage are not available to guests.
NONSMOKING (Inside or Outside). The cottage is a smoke-free area. Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the Cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property.
In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community firepit.
2 Parking Spaces - - No trailers of any kind allowed. The garage is not accessible.
This Cottage is the 'Osprey' floorplan and comfortably accommodates 6 people

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCEES:

DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
