This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath custom oceanfront townhome has everything you and your guest will need during your stay. On the first level, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, stainless appliances, a gas range, with a built-in microwave and oven. The dining area has a table that will seat six and there is a eating bar for two. In the living area, you will find a 65-inch flatscreen, a large couch, and two swivel chairs. Off of the living area, there is a screened-in porch that overlooks the Atlantic. Also located on the porch is a screen door for easy access to a short path that leads to the beach. The first of two master suites is located on this floor. This bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath just off of the kitchen.
Follow the stairs up to the second level where you will find another living area situated with a large flatscreen TV couch that turns into a queen bed and two large chairs that convert into twin beds. Off of the living area, you will find the second of two porches. Enjoy the ocean breezes from this open porch. Perfect for morning coffee, reading, evening cocktails or just relaxing and taking in the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. You will find the second master suite off of the living area that is situated with a king bed. The window to the right of the bed looks right out over the Atlantic Ocean. The large full bath is situated with a walk-in shower. Also on this floor, you will find the laundry room complete with a frontload washer and dryer.
In addition, guests have access by key fob to The Cottages' million-dollar amenities, which include an oceanfront zero-entry pool, beach deck, clubhouse with fitness center and billiards table, community fire pit, and beach access.
2 Parking Spaces - No trailers of any kind allowed. The garage is not accessible.

DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
