Ocean Cottage 37 The ocean is calling - And you should answer! Electric GEM Car with the rental. Conveniently located in the first oceanfront building south of the zero-entry pool, beach deck, fire pit, and amenities center. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage will take your breath away. You enter this home through a spacious kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel Kitchen Aide appliances, a toaster, blender, both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker, and all other luxuries of home. Moving from the kitchen to the living area, you will find a bar top that seats four and a large kitchen table. The living room contains a beautiful granite fireplace, large smart TV, and an abundance of seating. Off the living room, you will find a quaint sitting area nestled on the oceanfront with a screened-in porch, comfy seating, a fireplace, and a TV. Off the living area is the spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Finishing off the first floor is a half bath at the foot of the stairs. You enter the second floor of this Cottage through a small reading area directly across from the full-size laundry room with custom cabinetry and a smart TV to help pass the time. The second-floor houses two guest rooms, each with private bathrooms, smart TV, access to the upper screened-in porch, and fabulous ocean views. The south bedroom has a queen size bed and the north bedroom has a twin over double bunk with twin size trundle (sleeps 4). This home boasts an oceanfront paver patio with a Weber gas grill. In the Garage, there is a street legal Golf Cart. IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCESS TO CART AND BIKES, DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. PLEASE CONTACT MGMT IF YOU PLAN TO USE THESE AMENITIES DURING YOUR STAY. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community firepit.

DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
