Garden Cottage 21 Welcome to paradise. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage-style townhome brings together the best elements of ocean-front living and a shabby chic cottage. Decorated in relaxing neutral tones, this cottage is sure to give you sweet dreams. The first floor is home to a master suite, with access to the screened-in porch, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a Mr. Coffee Machine and a Keurig Coffee Machine, as well as a bar top that seats 4. Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room which includes a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, as well as access to the lower screened-in porch. The first floor also includes a powder room and a convenient laundry closet. Past the porch, you will be delighted to find a gas grill and fire pit, perfect for making dinner and dessert. The second-floor houses two bedrooms and two full baths, each styled in keeping with this modern-shabby chic cottage. Each bedroom on the second floor also has access to the upper balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Linens included. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community fire pit

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCEES:
OCEAN ACCESS FROM BEACH NOT AVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE.
DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.

"Well maintained, newer townhouse. Quiet location. The pool on the property was really great. The only downside is the connected beach is only available for a short period of time, during low tide, but the better beaches are just a bike ride away!
