Garden Cottage 15 Friends & Family Fun in the Sun! Located garden side in The Cottages at Jekyll Island Community, Jekyll Island's premier oceanfront residential community located north island. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome style beach cottage offers a spacious open concept floor plan with a master suite (king)on the main floor. The spacious master bath has a walk-in closet, double vanity, and a large walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances and a Mr. Coffee maker. The dining area and extra seating at the raised bar, make entertaining a crowd easy. Comfortable living area with pull-out sofa opens to a screen porch and large fenced patio with outdoor seating and fire table. Finishing off the first floor is a stack laundry and powder room. The second-floor landing has a lounge area, and 2 ensuite bedrooms (Queen & Full w/trundle) Each bedroom opens to a large upper balcony with seating.
Single car garage with EV outlet, 3 adult bikes, 1 child's bike, beach caddy, 2 beach chairs, beach toys, and a street legal Golf Cart. IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE CART, DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. PLEASE CONTACT MGMT IF YOU PLAN TO USE THIS DURING YOUR STAY. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar oceanfront amenities, which include Clubhouse with Billiard Table, Fitness Room, zero entry pool, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCEES:
OCEAN ACCESS FROM BEACH NOT AVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE.
DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.

"Great cottage and shrimp and grits festival was awesome too. We had some issues with the hot water but Ted showed up quickly and resolved our issue. Great Customer service!
