"The view of the Atlantic from the upper screen porch was terrific. The accommodations were as billed. The kitchen pots, pans, and utensils were all in great shape. It was a great experience. We’ll be back.

Another great stay

"This is the third time we have stayed at this cottage. We really like the proximity to the pool and the screened in porches on both levels. The unit is always clean and well maintained. With the bunk beds, it is a great arrangement for our three-generation family. Parents in the downstairs king bedroom, grandparents upstairs and the grand daughter in the bunk bedroom. We did notice that the legs on the outside grill are badly rusted, and the grill should be replaced. We hope to come again next year.

Relaxing Retreat

"My husband, mother-in-law, and two toddler boys loved our stay in this cottage. It was very spacious and had all of the amenities you would need for the beach and pool. The cottage was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware we needed. We came prepared with extra dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The pool and beach are in close proximity, and easy to get to. The two levels of screened-in decks were our favorite. We enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings outside, swinging on the bed swing, and watching the cargo ships go in and out. We loved our stay and hope to return to this cottage in the future.

Great spot by the ocean

"Overall the location and the property are great. Excellent proximity to the community pool which is spacious and wasn’t crowded during our stay. The unit itself was well appointed and had all of the items one would expect. The unit was missing a few of the essential items that one might hope for to be included such as beach towels, laundry detergent and other creature comforts. Overall a great property.
