Ocean Cottage 111 -Artist Cottage - This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beautifully combines the owner's artistic design throughout the home with the simplicity of coastal living. You enter this newly constructed home through a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances, a Keurig machine, an abundance of counter space, and a bar top with seating for three. The kitchen flows into the dining area, where you will find an oversized table with seating for six. The living room is not to be missed, boasting a fireplace, ample seating, and a bar cart for entertaining. Want to enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean? Not to worry. This cottage offers outdoor dining, with seating for four on the screened-in porch and a gas BBQ grill on the paver patio. Nestled towards the back of the first floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This room is sure to provide breathtaking views and sweet dreams. Finishing off the first floor is a one-car garage, powder room, and stackable washer and dryer. You are welcomed to the second floor by beautiful, artwork and two spectacular guest rooms, both with private bathrooms. A new addition is another bedroom with a daybed and trundle. Completing this lovely Cottage is the second-floor balcony, complete with lounge seating, a daybed swing, and serene views.
Setting this Cottage apart are amenities such as botanical personal amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and paper product starter sets in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Includes 4 adult bicycles, 2 adult beach chairs, and a 4-seater street legal Golf Cart. IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCESS TO CART AND BIKES, DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
In addition, guests have access to the oceanfront zero-entry pool, clubhouse, fitness, beach deck, beach access, and community fire pit.

The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
