Ocean Cottage 103 – “Ocean Retreat Cottage” –Ocean breezes and spectacular views with beach access literally outside your back door, THIS UNIT INCLUDES EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ENJOY YOUR GET-AWAY RETREAT, INCLUDING A NEW STREET LEGAL 6-PERSON ELECTRIC GOLF CART WITH DIGITAL DASH, BACKUP CAMERA AND BLUETOOTH RADIO, 4 - ADULT CRUISER BICYCLES (2 MENS & TWO WOMENS) 4 - BEACH CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA, 1 - 60 QT COOLER WITH WHEELS AND RETRACTABLE PULL HANDLE, AND BEACH TOYS FOR THE KIDS.

This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom newly decorated cottage was inspired with coastal beach living in mind. Get away to your beautiful oceanfront retreat that has everything you are looking for in a relaxing and inviting vacation getaway with your family and friends. This cottage is equipped with top-of-the-line Bosch kitchen appliances, a Keurig Duo coffee maker for single cups and/or carafe brewed coffee, single-level granite countertops with bar seating for four, and a large dining room table that seats six comfortably. The living room has two catnapper swivel/recliners for relaxing after a long day exploring the island or at the beach, as well as a large sofa to relax and unwind or watch the large screen TV with a Sonos sound bar mounted above the beautiful granite surround gas fireplace. The master bedroom with private access to the fully screened-in porch, is located on the first floor just off the living room which provides a comfortable plush king-size bed with two nightstands, a dresser, large screen TV, a sitting chair, and full ensuite bathroom with large walk-in closet, twin sinks, and large tiled shower. As you come up to the second floor you are greeted by a sitting area to just relax, play games, or read a book. The second floor offers two large queen size bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, large walk-in closets, dressers, nightstands, and large screen TVs, with both rooms having private access to the oversized, newly screened-in porch. The full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer are located on the first floor just off the kitchen and across from the half bath with a pedestal sink. if you would like to relax or socialize outdoors and take in the natural beauty, sounds, and warm ocean breezes off the Atlantic Ocean, take advantage of the two large, fully screened-in and furnished porches with ceiling fans. This cottage also offers excellent outdoor entertaining on the oceanside paver patio with a table for four, lounging chairs, Weber BBQ grill, play a round or two of cornhole (provided) or just sit on the front porch in the comfortable Adirondack chairs and watch the world go by in this peaceful, safe and serene community.

This unique and relaxing Cottage includes the full use of The Cottages at Jekyll Island Million Dollar amenities which include key fobbed access to the Private Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness center, beach deck, beach access, and community fire pit.

IMPORTANT: TO HAVE ACCESS TO CART AND BICYCLES, DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.

"Home was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable with every room perfectly decorated. Plenty of space for everyone in the family. The pool and fitness center were close by and great to have. We spent a lot of time on the screen porches, watching the sunrises and the shrimp boats go by. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice cottage

"The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing on the screened balcony’s and listening to the waves. The beach chairs, umbrella and coolers were nice to have for beach days. The pool was great. We also used the golf cart. It was fun to drive around the island. We had an issue with the garage door opener, but it was addressed the same day. The garage door company had to be called, very minor and did not effect our vacation at all. There was construction going on in the cottage next door. They did not come too early in the morning and usually finished in the early afternoon, so it was not too distracting. Over all a great trip. There are many activities on the island. Everyone in the family enjoyed our time there. Thank you for sharing your cottage.

"Staying in Cottage 103 was an incredible experience! The breathtaking view, spacious interior, and beachfront location made it perfect for a family vacation. The many provided amenities such as, beach chairs and toys, crib, golf cart, and bikes made the stay worry free! The second-floor patio for sunrise and sunset watching added extra charm to our stay. Overall, the perfect week’s getaway!

"My wife and I had the great pleasure of staying at Cottage 103 this past week. We are already annually repeating visitors to Jekyll and know the island very well. Cottage 103 was absolutely perfect for us from it's beach front location to it's inside atmosphere. This unit comes with a six passenger golf cart and four bikes along with beach chairs and a cooler if you need it! These are awesome extras to have available! 103 is an end unit, which adds an extra airiness and light to the inside. A well appointed kitchen, full size stacked washer/dryer on the 1st floor and comfortable furniture in the living room are all pluses. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor, looking due East towards the ocean, we could easily sit on the edge of the bed every morning and watch the sunrise.... a beautiful way to start any day. Our favorite feature is the screened porch on the 2nd floor. From here you can see the ocean and enjoy the breezes without the hassle of insects. The only things that would make this porch perfect would be the addition of a couple of outdoor chaise lounge chairs and a retractable sunshade mounted just inside the outside screen. The unit would easily sleep 6 which will come in handy when we come down with family. Will we rent Cottage 103 again? You can bet on it! 103 will more than likely become our favorite place to stay when we come to Jekyll!
