The latest upgrades include a new Smart 55" TV, new sofa and love seat (Jekyll Family Room), air fryer, Weber grill, fire pit, and Keurig coffee maker. Other upgrades include a renovated living room and dining room, updated bathrooms, fully fenced-in backyard, landscaping, upgraded cable modem (120Mb), smooth surface cooktop and over-the-range microwave, stainless French door refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, new washer and dryer, new kitchen cabinets, new patio table and chairs, 4 pillow-top twin beds and 5 flat screen TVs (Smart TV in LR, 2 Masters, 2 bedrooms), including YouTube TV and Roku streaming devices on all TVs (“use your own Netflix” or other streaming app on any TV. Enjoy beach access during low tide on the north end of Jekyll Island, including Jekyll Seaview (tide clock in the house for access).

Jekyll Seaview Cottage continues to get great feedback from guests, including many stating that Seaview is their favorite home rented on Jekyll Island.

Note - our beach access is fully restored on our block. You can now access the beach 1 house down from Seaview.

There is plenty of parking in designated lots throughout the Island available to the public. There are no traffic lights on Jekyll Island and the speed limit on much of the Island is either 35MPH or 25MPH in designated neighborhood areas.

Rentals are coordinated by on-island agent Parker-Kaufman Realtors who is available for emergency services 24 hours. Your satisfaction and enjoyment of Jekyll is our goal.

PETS WELCOME YEAR ROUND - PET FEE REQUIRED.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Winter getaway

"Although the weather was a bit chilly, we had a relaxing return stay at Seaview cottage. We were here a few years ago and they have done so many great updates, including furniture, decor, fire pit - it all looks great! The large 4 bedroom size accommodates so many with plenty of room to spread out! We especially love the Jekyll room with the sun streaming in all day. Great location at mid island - a 1 minute walk to the beach for the sunrise, close to golf and all biking trails. Looking forward to coming back!

"Can't say enough good things about this house and Jekyll itself. The house is literally next to the beach, and has access to a host of biking trails. The amenities of the house, combined with the island vibe, made this vacation retreat truly unique and unforgettable. Will look forward to a return visit.
